The Best Marinated and Grilled Flank Steak

I know it can be intimidating having a piece of meat in your hands and thinking: I hope I can make it taste good, cook properly, and be tender. Flank Steak is a thin cut of meat so you can control its doneness easier than thick cuts like Bottom Round.

With this flank steak marinade recipe with lime, you can be sure the meat will be tasty, and lime juice breaks up the protein in meat, so it will also help with tenderizing it.
