- Step 1. On a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until brown and crumbled.
- Step 2. Add the sausage to the crockpot plus all ingredients except the tortellini and cook on low for 5 hrs, stirring twice during this time.
- Step 3. 20 minutes before the cooking time is done, add the tortellini and let cook until soft.
