Most people like to eat fresh strawberries, or they use them in recipes like ice creams or jams. Not a lot like baking with strawberries, and I think this is a mistake.
This cobbler is one of my favorite dessert recipes with strawberries. The taste of the baked fruit is so intense and the cake part of the cobbler goes perfectly with them.
It is so fast and easy to bake, you will make this a regular in your home. You can pair it with your favorite ice cream too. While still hot from the oven, the ice cream starts to melt immediately, giving it a creamy consistency to the cobbler.
Most people eat it with vanilla ice cream, but I love the chocolate and strawberry combination a lot better. You can even have a scoop of each!

CAN I USE FROZEN STRAWBERRIES?
Yes, you can. Using frozen strawberries is easy and convenient. For best results, use fresh fruit. You will see the fruit hold its shape better when using fresh strawberries, but you can definitely use frozen ones too.
WHAT TO SERVE WITH STRAWBERRY COBBLER?
The best partner for cobbler is ice cream. You can serve it with your favorite flavor. I love the taste of chocolate with strawberry, but you can use vanilla or any other flavor you love.
A sprinkling of fresh fruit or creme fraiche is also a great accompaniment to this delightful dessert.
CAN YOU FREEZE STRAWBERRY COBBLER?
Yes, you can. Freeze it for up to 3 months and let thaw in the fridge overnight.
Before serving, warm it up in the oven. It will be a bit more juicy than freshly made cobbler.
HOW TO STORE FRESH STRAWBERRY COBBLER
If you have any leftovers, you can transfer them to a hermetic container and store them in the fridge for 3-4 days.
