Have you ever tried doubling receipe and using 9 x 13 pan?
Hi Patricia,
I’ve not tested it before but i think it will work in a 9×13-inch pan, I’d love to know how it turns out. Good luck!
I doubled the recipe for a 13x 9 pan and baked it for 40-45 minutes. It turned out great and everyone loved it! It was pretty sweet so next time I reduced the sugar in the batter to 1/3 cup for 1 recipe. Definitely a favorite that will be on repeat!
Above the recipe you say cook the peaches, but in the actual recipe box you don’t include those instructions. Which is correct?

Just wondering if this recipe could be made using a boxed cake mix batter, for a quick substitute? I imagine the batter would be thicker than this so perhaps would need extra milk?
Hi Mariss,
Great suggestion, I didn’t try to make it with cake mix, but I think it will work. I think you will need to add more butter and milk. Good luck
