This is an amazingly moist and creamy homemade pizza with a gluten-free pizza crust. The crust is only made with cream cheese, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; then, it’s topped with pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, and your favorite pizza toppings. What can be better than pizza with a low-carb pizza crust when you are on a diet?
WHAT DO I NEED TO MAKE PIZZA CRUST?
This is a super easy pizza recipe with low-carb pizza crust. You will need these simple ingredients;
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened;
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated;
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature;
- 1 tsp garlic powder;
- ½ cup pizza sauce;
- 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded;
- pizza toppings (cherry tomatoes, sliced chorizo); freshly ground pepper, to taste;
- salt, to taste.
HOW TO MAKE PIZZA CRUST?
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
In a mixing bowl, mix together 8 oz softened cream cheese, ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese, 2 large eggs, 1 tsp garlic powder, salt, and freshly ground pepper. Beat until completely combined. - Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Transfer the cream cheese mixture to the baking pan. Spread evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden and set.
- Remove the baking pan from the oven and let the cream cheese crust cool slightly (for at least 10 minutes). Don’t turn off the oven.
- Pour ½ cup pizza sauce over the cooled cream cheese crust. Spread evenly.
- Top with 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Top with your favorite pizza toppings (we used cherry tomatoes and sliced chorizo).
- Sprinkle with the remaining ½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake for additional 10 minutes or until the cheese melts. Enjoy!
RECIPE TIPS:
- You can use any pizza toppings for this recipe – ham, sliced mushrooms, jalapeno, sliced pepperoni, olives.
- Feel free to use your favorite spices and herbs – crushed red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, dried or fresh oregano/basil, chopped fresh parsley.
- Store this pizza in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.
WHAT TO MAKE WITH WHERE’S THE CRUST PIZZA?
You can use any of your favorite pizza toppings – fresh mozzarella cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, sliced pepperoni, chicken, chili pepper, onion, olives, sliced mushrooms, tomatoes, ham. You can use whatever you want and what you have in the refrigerator.

I am curious how long can I keep the dough on the counter. I want to split it in half and use small air fryer.
