- After frosting the cake, place it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to chill.
- If you want to get more flavor, try to add shredded coconut.

Ingredients
- Cake:

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl mix together the cake mix, eggs, oil, and pineapple by using an electric mixer. Grease the 9x13 baking pan. Then pour the cake batter into the pan. Bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 mins. Allow the cake to cool completely in the baking pan on a wire rack.
- To make the frosting: In another bowl, combine the whipped topping, pudding mix, and pineapple. Frost the top of the cooled cake. Decorate with pineapple

I made this extremely easy to make cake & boy was it a hit! I have made it twice now & everyone loves it. It’s full of flavor yet is a very delicate & light dessert, not packy or dense. I didn’t have any crushed pineapple so I took my sliced pineapple & put in my food processor. If your one that doesn’t like chunks of fruit in your cake, you could even run your crushed pineapple in processor for a few seconds to like get it more puree textured. Just a thought. You will get a lot of compliments on this cake, believe me.
