Don’t you just love homemade sweets? Especially if they only require a few ingredients. This No-Bake Reese’s pie is super quick to make and SO yummy!
Every night after dinner, my sweet tooth starts talking to me, begging for something to satisfy my craving. I’ve learned to keep the pie in my fridge for most of these nights! I love it so much because I can switch up the type of candy I use in this dish, and it literally takes less than 10 minutes to make.
When I am at the grocery store, I love to check out what types of pre-made crusts they carry. There is always graham cracker available, and it works quite well, but I love trying other options such as an Oreo crust.
I love this snack in replace of ice cream. Sometimes I’ll even bring it to parties to share!
Ingredients for Reese’s Peanut Butter Pie Recipe:
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 1 (8oz) container Cool Whip thawed
- 1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese
- 1 bag of miniature Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups-crushed
Preparation Steps:
Step 1: Crush Reese’s into small pieces. It helps to put them in the freezer for a few minutes, then crushes them in the plastic bags. For pieces that didn’t get crushed enough, use a knife to cut up into smaller pieces.
Step 2: thoroughly mix your thawed cool whop and cream cheese. If you don’t thaw enough, it will be tough to mix these ingredients well.
Step 3: Mix in 2/3 of the crushed Reese’s peanut butter cups in the cream cheese mixture.
Step 4: Slowly pour your mixture in your premade graham cracker pie crust. Smooth top of mixture evenly to fill the pie crust.
Step 4: Sprinkle remaining Reese’s on top of the pie and let sit in the fridge for 1 hour. Enjoy!!
Tip for No Bake Reese’s Peanut Butter Pie:
- This pie can be easily changed by using different types of chocolates! We love making this recipe with crushed up Oreo’s or M&M’s. You can also add a couple of different sweets to make it your favorite combination!
- Make sure you leave in the fridge for 1-2 hours before cutting. This will make it MUCH easier to cut and eat. The thawed cool whip will just melt and become a “soupy”!
