Preparation Steps: 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (1800 C). Use casserole or 9 x 13-inch pan. I use a roasting rack. Don’t forget to add another pan below the rack to collect the dripping liquid from the chicken.
  • Melt the butter over low heat, then add the minced garlic and cook until tender for 5 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix the cheeses, oregano, black pepper, salt, and bread crumbs. Stir it.
  • Dip the chicken in a saucepan filled with butter and garlic coat. Then put in a bowl containing a mixture of bread crumbs and seasoning.

  • Arrange the coated chicken in the roasting rack. Bake until cooked for around 35 minutes or depend on your oven. Make sure the chicken already cooked, juicy and tender.

Preparation Tips:

  1. Choose fresh chicken from the market. Wash the chicken clean and wipe the chicken until not runny.
  2. Serve with other vegetables to fulfill your nutrition needed.
  3. If you want to get more flavor, you can add mozzarella cheese.
  4. As the substitute for bread crumb, you can use cornflake or cracker crumbs.
