Preparation Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (1800 C). Use casserole or 9 x 13-inch pan. I use a roasting rack. Don’t forget to add another pan below the rack to collect the dripping liquid from the chicken.
- Melt the butter over low heat, then add the minced garlic and cook until tender for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the cheeses, oregano, black pepper, salt, and bread crumbs. Stir it.
- Dip the chicken in a saucepan filled with butter and garlic coat. Then put in a bowl containing a mixture of bread crumbs and seasoning.
- Arrange the coated chicken in the roasting rack. Bake until cooked for around 35 minutes or depend on your oven. Make sure the chicken already cooked, juicy and tender.

- Choose fresh chicken from the market. Wash the chicken clean and wipe the chicken until not runny.
