cup Bisquick™ Original pancake & baking mix
1/3
cup packed brown sugar
1/2
teaspoon ground cinnamon

tablespoons firm butter or margarine
Coffee Cake

cups Bisquick™ Original pancake & baking mix
2/3
cup milk or water
2
tablespoons sugar
1
egg
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375 F. Grease a 9-inch round spring-form pan or cake pan using non-stick cooking spray. Set aside
In a small bowl, mix the streusel ingredients together until crumbly. Set aside
In a medium bowl, whisk the coffee cake ingredients together until combined
Pour the coffee cake batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle the streusel mixture over top
Bake in preheated oven for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown.
