Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 13X9-inch baking pan with vegetable oil or butter.
Lay a package of crescent rolls in the pan, pressing the dough with your fingers.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and whole egg until smooth and creamy.
Spread the mixture over the crescent rolls, using a spatula to help.
Lay the second package of crescent rolls on top of the mixture. Brush with the egg white (you might not need to use it all).
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until the dough is golden brown.
Let cool down for about 20 minutes then top with glaze.
