Preheat the oven to 375 F. Pan-fry or bake the chicken tenders according to package instructions. Cut the sweet rolls horizontally without separating them, and put them in a greased casserole dish. Layer them with cheese and bake until melted.

Melt the butter. Mix in the garlic powder and chili flakes. Brush the top of the rolls with this mixture, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown. Top with chopped basil before serving.
