Preheat the oven to 350F. Place the hash brown potatoes in an 8-inch baking dish along with the bell peppers
Sprinkle the shredded Cheddar evenly on top
Add the cubed ham and chopped green onions, and make sure they are evenly distributed
In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
Pour egg mixture over the potatoes and ham, and bake for 55-60 mins or until knife comes out clean when inserted
