  • 4 slices bread, cubed
  • 2 cups cubed zucchini
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese


  • Preheat the oven to 350F. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the bread cubes and melted butter.
  • Mix in the zucchini, chopped onion, and garlic salt
  • Add the beaten egg and mix it in with all the other ingredients
  • Place the zucchini mixture in a greased casserole dish
  • Top with the shredded Cheddar cheese and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 mins covered, remove the foil and bake for another 30 mins.
