Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs (either pre-made crumbs or pulse 10 whole graham crackers in a food processor to make your own crumbs)
  • 10 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet works best)
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup butterscotch chips
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • 1 14 ounces can sweeten condensed milk
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Prepare a 9x13” baking pan by lining it with parchment paper. Lightly grease the parchment paper with cooking spray and set aside
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium-sized bowl. Use a fork to mix well
  • Step 4: Press graham cracker crumb mixture firmly into prepared pan creating one even layer (you can use a fork or the back of a measuring cup to help with this)
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and pecans over the graham cracker layer
  • Carefully pour sweetened condensed milk over top of chocolate chip mixture
  • Sprinkle an even layer of shredded coconut overtop
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top starts to brown and caramelize
  • Let cool in pan completely. Cut with a sharp knife into squares and serve
