Ingredients

  • shredded, shaved or flaked coconut.

Instructions

  • Put the grated coconut in a large and dry pan. Spread over the whole pan and cook over low heat.
  • After some time, the coconut will begin to turn golden. Try to stir often to cook evenly.
  • Continue this meditation process and do not leave the stove. Stir the coconut constantly and lift the golden pieces up with your spatula.

Notes

If you need to cook large quantities of coconut flakes, divide them into several steps. It will take more time, but even roasting is worth it.
