SOFT CONFETTI SPRINKLE COOKIES

Ingredients

  • • Butter - 1 cup
  • • Sugar - 1 ½ cup
  • • Egg - 2 pcs.
  • • Vanilla extract - 3 tsp.
  • • Flour - 3 cups.
  • • Corn starch - 4 tsp.
  • • Baking soda - 1 ½ teaspoon.
  • • Salt - ½ tsp.
  • • Sprinkles - 1 ¼ cups.

Instructions

  • Beat room temperature butter with sugar until fluffy.
  • Add vanilla extract and eggs. Mix well.
  • Add flour, corn starch, baking soda and salt to the batter. Stir until the batter is smooth, make sure there are no lumps.
  • Add sprinkles and mix again. Leave the batter in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • Using a spoon, form cookies and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and put the cookies into the oven.
  • Bake for 8-9 minutes. Remember, cookies should stay light-colored, not brown.
  • You can store baked cookies at room temperature for about a week. If frozen, you can store them for up to 3 months.
  • Also, you can freeze the batter for up to 3 months.
