Ingredients

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 ½ tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 (3 pound) sirloin tip roast
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • In a small bowl mix the minced garlic, salt, pepper, and spices with the olive oil and let the mixture sit for 15 mins
  • Preheat the oven to 450F. Brush the roast on all sides with the mixture until well covered
  • Place the roast on a foil-lined baking sheet and cook it for one hour. Let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
