- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 ½ tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 (3 pound) sirloin tip roast
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
In a small bowl mix the minced garlic, salt, pepper, and spices with the olive oil and let the mixture sit for 15 mins
Preheat the oven to 450F. Brush the roast on all sides with the mixture until well covered
Place the roast on a foil-lined baking sheet and cook it for one hour. Let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
