- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 lb fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Skewers
In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients except for the shrimp
Add the shrimp to the bowl, mix carefully, and put them in the fridge to marinate (covered) for up to one hour.
Put the shrimp in skewers and grill for 3 minutes on each side
