Ingredients

Cinnamon Streusel

  • 1/3 cup Bisquick™ Original pancake & baking mix
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons firm butter or margarine

Coffee Cake

  • 2 cups Bisquick™ Original pancake & baking mix
  • 2/3 cup milk or water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375 F. Grease a 9-inch round spring-form pan or cake pan using non-stick cooking spray. Set aside
  • In a small bowl, mix the streusel ingredients together until crumbly. Set aside
  • In a medium bowl, whisk the coffee cake ingredients together until combined
  • Pour the coffee cake batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle the streusel mixture over top
  • Bake in preheated oven for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown.
