Garlic Cheddar Chicken

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup salted butter
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 skinless chicken breast fillet, halves

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (1800 C). Use casserole or 9 x 13-inch pan. I use a roasting rack. Don’t forget to add another pan below the rack to collect the dripping liquid from the chicken
  • Melt the butter over low heat, then add the minced garlic and cook until tender for 5 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix the cheeses, oregano, black pepper, salt, and bread crumbs. Stir it
  • Dip the chicken in a saucepan filled with butter and garlic coat. Then put in a bowl containing a mixture of bread crumbs and seasoning.
  • Arrange the coated chicken in the roasting rack. Bake until cooked for around 35 minutes or depend on your oven. Make sure the chicken already cooked, juicy and tender.
