Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef (90% lean)
  • 1 can (8 ¾ oz) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • cup 2% milk
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Cracked pepper to taste
  • 1- 2lb bag of tater tots

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 F. Using a large skillet, brown the meat until fully cooked .
  • Add the corn and condensed cream of chicken soup. Sir to combine.
  • Stir in the milk, sour cream, ½ cup Cheddar cheese, onion powder, and pepper.
  • Place half of the tater tots in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
  • Spoon the meat mixture on top of the tater tots.
  • Top with the remaining half of the tater tots.
  • Sprinkle the other ½ cup Cheddar cheese on top and bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
