Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti

The baked spaghetti with cream cheese has a quick baking time of 30 minutes, mostly to melt the cheeses because everything else is already cooked!

Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce (24 oz)
  • 1 lb ground beef, lean
  • 1/2 cup diced green pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  • Add the ground beef, onion, garlic, bell pepper, and carrot to a skillet over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes while stirring occasionally.
  • Turn off the heat and add the Italian seasoning and stir.
  • Add the jar of spaghetti sauce and toss together.
  • Cook the spaghetti noodles according to package directions in a pot of water, then drain.
  • Add the drained noodles back to the pot and immediately add the cream cheese and stir until it is melted.
  • Add some of the meat sauce to the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Add the noodles on top of the meat sauce.
  • Add the rest of the meat sauce to the top of the noodles.
  • Add the Parmesan cheese.
  • Add the mozzarella cheese, then bake in the oven at 350º F for 30 minutes.
