  • 4 small chicken breasts, boneless and skinless;
  • salt, to taste;
  • freshly ground pepper, to taste;
  • 1 cup milk;
  • 1 can of cheddar cheese soup;
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika;
  • 6 oz cheddar cheese, shredded;
  • 8 oz broccoli, cut into florets;
  • 1 ½ cup Ritz crackers, crushed.

  • Preheat the oven to 350F.
  • In a bowl, combine milk, cheddar cheese soup, smoked paprika, and shredded cheddar cheese. Set aside.
  • Grease a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Then, place the chicken breasts in a single layer in the baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Cover the chicken breasts with half of the milk and cheese mixture. Then, add broccoli florets and sprinkle with crushed Ritz crackers. Pour the remaining half of the cheesy mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the chicken breasts are ready (for at least 45 minutes). Check the readiness of the chicken breasts with a cooking thermometer (the safe internal temperature for cooked chicken is 165°F). When ready, remove from the oven and enjoy!
