Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside
In a mixing bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, grated parmesan cheese, large eggs, garlic powder, salt, and freshly ground pepper. Beat until completely combined. Transfer the cream cheese mixture to the prepared baking pan. Spread evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden and set.
Remove the baking pan from the oven and let the cream cheese crust cool slightly (for at least 10 minutes). Don't turn off the oven.
Pour the pizza sauce over the cooled cream cheese crust. Spread evenly. Top with 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and your favorite pizza toppings (we used cherry tomatoes and sliced chorizo). Then, sprinkle with the remaining ½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake for additional 10 minutes or until the cheese melts. Enjoy!
