Preheat oven to 350°F.
Make diagonal cuts in the bread at a distance of 1 inch from one to the other cut. Don't cut the bread completely, leave ¼ inch on the bottom crust.
In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and salt until combined. Add finely chopped parsley and stir completely.
Pour butter mixture evenly between the cut cracks. If you have remaining butter mixture, brush the bread. Then, stuff evenly all the bread cracks with shredded mozzarella.
Place stuffed bread on a large piece of aluminium foil and wrap it. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Then, unwrap bread and bake for additional 5-10 minutes until mozzarella cheese completely melts. Serve warm.
