Using a large pot, cook the ground turkey, onion, and garlic until the meat is no longer pink
Add the green chili peppers, cumin, oregano, cinnamon, white pepper, and cayenne pepper. Cook for 5 more minutes
Puree one can of beans in a food processor or blender
Mix the pureed beans, chicken broth, and the other two cans of beans into the meat mixture.
Let the chili boil for about 5 minutes, and add the cheese. Let it simmer for 10 more minutes until the cheese melts. Season with salt if needed.
