BOLA DE CARNE MEAT BREAD

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 ¾ cups olive oil
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups shredded pork or beef
  • 2 cups shredded cheese of your choice

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 370F. Add eggs, milk, and olive oil to the bowl of your mixer
  • Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes until well blended. Add flour and baking powder and beat until smooth.
  • Mix in one cup of shredded cheese.
  • Pour half of the batter into a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Distribute the shredded meat on top of the batter, evenly. Sprinkle one cup of shredded cheese on top of the meat.
  • Spoon the other half of the batter carefully on top of the meat and cheese.
  • Bake for 45-60 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean. Let rest for 10 mins, turn over into a platter of the wooden board, cut into pieces and serve.
