4-Ingredient Cream Cheese Sausage Balls

These sausage balls with cream cheese are the perfect finger food to serve at any time of the year.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork hot sausage
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • In a large bowl mix together the sausage and cream cheese. You can either mix by hand or using an electric mixer
  • Slowly add in the baking mix and mix until combined
  • Add in the cheddar cheese and mix until combined
  • Using a scoop or by hand, form mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet
  • Place baking sheet in the fridge to chill for 10 minutes
  • Once chilled, place in preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown and firm to touch
