  • 2 lbs White Melting Chocolate (White Almond Bark or Candy Coating)
  • 4 oz Sweet Baking Chocolate (such as German by Baker's)
  • 2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 16 oz Salted Dry Roasted Peanuts

Instructions

  • Line kitchen worktops or three baking sheets with parchment. Fold all the chocolate into a crockpot bowl, close the lid and set it to low for 1-2 hours.
  • When the chocolate is melted, stir until smooth. Then add all the peanuts and stir again until the peanuts are completely covered.
  • Switch the crockpot to the warm mode. Spoon the chocolate mixture and place on parchment paper. The candies will solidify completely in 1-2 hours. Place the finished clusters in a container with a lid.
